COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

The Hervey Bay Police Community Youth Centre (PCYC) is a beneficiary of the Seashift community support programme. The PCYC needed to build a new boxing centre and upgrade the gym for the youth in Hervey Bay.

Seashift contributed in $2,500 to start the fund raising campaign and has since been actively encouraging other businesses in the area to support this cause. As a local business, we believe that supporting the local community is important.

PUBLIC ART

Public art is an important part of the life and vitality of a streetscape and adds real value to a building or public space.

Seashift's most recent donation of public art comprised several park benches with a seaside theme in the Hervey Bay Links Mobility Corridor. The $12,000 contribution to the Hervey Bay community was designed by a local artist, Trevor Spohr.
