Seashift achieved finalist status in the Retail/Commercial - Small - Under 3000m2 category of the 2007 UDIA Suncorp Awards for Excellence, for its project 'Axis on Main'. The awards have been developed specifically by and for the development industry to recognise excellence and innovation in one of the State's critical industry groups. Queensland's development industry continues to be the strongest in Australia, striving for excellence, innovation and that extra something that makes our State's developments unique.

The Seashift office project located at 55 Main Street, Pialba was recently awarded the QMBA for Best Commercial Building up to $2M in the region. The building was constructed by S&S Rhind Builders on behalf of Seashift. Fully leased prior to completion, the complex now houses 1st class tenants including Cardno Engineering, Menus on Main, the Australian Government and Bendigo Bank.
